John Karnatz is a Partner and Co-founder at Market-Path. His professional expertise combines services and product development with a focus on assimilation – the human acceptance of operational and technological change.   He has developed consulting methods and materials for use by firms such as American Express, AT&T, Cambridge Technology Partners, Compaq Computer Corporation, IBM Consulting Group and James Martin + Company. He has also developed consulting processes and tools for well-known specialty firms.  He is originator and lead developer of SAIL (Systematic Assimilation and Implementation Logic) a methodology developed for consultants and business advisors to support projects with assimilation challenges. 

Mr. Karnatz is an executive member of the American Marketing Association, author of several articles and a frequent speaker in professional and client settings. He is a board member of the Sunny Ridge Family Center in Wheaton, Illinois and an advisor to Healing the Children International.
